I read in the paper today about the new Furby that is supposed to be the toy for Christmas.

I did a search for it online and could only find it for sale in America. I phoned Hasbro, the manufacturers and was told that it would be another week before it was going on sale here.
After yet another search I found a link that said I can get it in Argos. Did a search at Argos online and managed to order one to be picked up.
I now have a Furby that isn't supposed to be on sale yet, it's not even in the new Argos catalogue. (at least I couldn't find it).

Oh great, the original is still going strong in our house. It frightens the life out of my dog every time it wakes up.Don't think I can cope with a new improved version but thanks for the warning!0

I found that wrapping them in cling film and putting them to the back of our top shelf in the cupboard put them to sleep for good!!
