Terms & Conditions

1) Open to all residents of the UK & ROI only excluding employees (or their agents and their families) of K-Swiss and JD. 2) Entrants must be 16 years or above and if the winner is under 18 they must be accompanied by an adult (someone over 18 who will act as “loco parentis”). 3) No purchase necessary 4) Entry only by official entry online www.jdsports.co.uk from 20 March 2008 5) Closing date and deadline time for receipt of entries is 12 am on Monday 30 June 2008 6) One winner will be drawn at random from all entrants that answered the competition question correctly and notified within 28 days of the closing date. 7) One winner will receive a prize of a holiday for 2 to Los Angeles, California for 7 nights including return economy class air tickets from London or Manchester (Departure must be within the period stated), 7 nights’ accommodation in a 3 star hotel on a room only basis + £300 spending money. 8) Transfers to and from the airport to hotel are not included. 9) The prize is valid from 20th September 2008 to 6th December 2008. 10) The winner must have a valid passport and are responsible for any visa/vaccination requirements. 11) The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12) No cash or alternative prizes available. 13) The prize must be taken in person by winner and tickets/holiday are non-transferrable/refundable once booked and outward travel date must be before 6th December. 14) Winners are responsible for own holiday/personal insurance arrangements. 15) K-Swiss excludes its liability for any damages and/or other harm arising from or in connection with the use of the prize by the competition winner and his/her travelling companion. 16) The winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity in relation to the draw. 17) Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of the rules. 18) Promoter: K-Swiss, Tannery House, 4 Middle Leigh, Street, Somerset, BA16 0LA. 19) Results of the prize draw may be obtained after 15th July 2008 by sending a stamped address envelope to JD/K-Swiss California Competition Winner, Marketing Dept, The John David group Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury Lancashire, BL9 8RR.
