Opinion People - IBAN & BIC (SWIFT-Code) - HELP!

I got an email from Opinion People saying my account was at it's limit so I need to get what I have earned out. But I cannot fill out the bank details. They are asking for these codes. I have read the explanations, but I cannot work out how to translate my bank details into these. Help! If I don't do it pronto I lose what I have earned.

I suggest you contact your bank and ask them if they are not printed on you statements.0

I finally found them! I couldn't see them on my online statement, but I finally managed to find an old paper statement. I seem to have earned £35. but can't remember how!0
