I have just read in an earlier thread that the OR is taking somebody's computer. It was from a business. I have an Apple mac bought last year (£700) which is for personal use - photography. Am i likely to lose it?
Thanks

In the beginning, there was nothing.
The Lord said "Let there be light".
There was still nothing, but you could see it.

I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to keep it.

The person who's been told that the OR wants them to hand over the computer was using it for a business, & so it could well be more powerful & have a higher resale value than a home computer. The OR has also said the business isn't viable. But people are still supposed to be allowed to keep the tools of their trade, & more than one person here has told them to appeal against the decision.
A home computer can still be bought with a hard drive as small as 40gb for well under £200 with at least a year's warranty if you know where to look & if you just need something with a basic spec, but the resale value isn't much for that same reason & because there are so many of them around.BSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."
