I think Adsense is a good place to start.. you get paid each time someone clicks on a ad on your website https://www.google.com/adsense/login/en_GB/?gsessionid=ZZfZqRkpNtg
and here is how it works with Squidoo http://www.zimbio.com/The+Big+Squidoo/articles/23/Squidoo+Revenue+How+Much+Can+Earn+Squidoo

This thread should help.

Basically you set up a squidoo page and they ad google ads to it. Each month they share the earnings with you, but it depends on how popular your page is. Last month the payments were.
Most popular pages = $8.77
Next most popular pages = $1.49
All the rest got $0.08
You can add ads from Amazon and a load of other places too. If someone clicks one of them and buys something you get half the commission.0 -
do they pay you in English money then?:footie:0

well best thing to do is look at a few blogs
decide what your interested in or have a passion or hobby
discuss it. simple as that. start off with your friends reading it and ask them to share your blog link with other people, so you build up a following.
this is a useful blogging tool though not neccessary to use

I've replied to your post on the squidoo thread, not sure if you have read it, but if you wish to pm me with the url of your lens I'd be more than happy to review it and offer advice.
Currently I'm getting a nice little sum monthly from squidoo via paypal, but this is only a small percent of what squidoo actually earns me as I promote a lot of affiliate products and the income from these is often 10x what I receive direct from squidoo.Do You Twitter?

was just scanning back through some of my old posts to see this. I'm a bit puzzled as to why you have reported this and what for? In no way do I see any breaches of the posting rules so am a bit puzzled.
Unless of course the moderators have already removed the bit that was against the rules, though I see no sign of any editing, so perhaps no rules were breached??Do You Twitter?

I'd like to know the answer to that too. I can't see anything wrong with the post and I'm sure the mods leave a clue when the edit posts.
I'm all for reporting bad posts etc. but a clue to why they are bad is often helpful to others.
I've been a member a while, so can't use "I didn't know" as an excuse, but I can really see myself making a post like that and never dreaming it was breaking any rules.
Come on Edinburghlass and Browntoa, let us know why?0
