wasnt sure where to post this so sorry if its in the wrong place. i signed up with toluna a month ago and have completed several surveys but not received the points is this a common problem? im reluctant to complete anymore if im not getting anything from them

Toluna won't give you the points until the survey is closed, i.e everyone has completed the survey. I use Toluna and I in less than a year I have recieved four £12 HMV vouchers from my points!

Hi, I have recently joined toluna, and had the same problem. I sent them an email about this and they said you had to wait up to 4 weeks for the points to be credited. Recently recieved points for survey done at on 2nd Feb, so wait a while and they should add them. Hope this helps!

I am using Toluna from last 6 months. No problem. But they will take some time to update points.

It's a good site, the only problem is they take a while to update points.
