                    hello all,
well this is the first steps i taken (i think i found the courage whilst hoovering !!!!:rotfl:
i am serious debts with credit cards ,dont even know how it started ! also in a job that does not do bankrupcy :eek:
i owe about £40,000 and am managing to keep up ,just the monthly repayments ,not much left over from the end of month pay packet
i am constantly stressed worried etc i am sure some people will have felt the same
i am considering going for an iva ,i live in rented accomodation and am just going through a divorce (sep 3 years already ) does the iva have to contact my ex ??
can anyone please help me

 my advice would be to contact cccs-their services are free, they can talk you through your options-perhaps a dmp would be better than an iva-look at their on line advice and tools and you could make an appointment tommorrow to talk to someone... and the soa will help others advise on the nips and tucks too
