    Probably because you live there as well so you would become responsible for them, I think. Some one will correct me if I am wrong.

    But my BR was 19.12.06 and I was discharged 7 months later so I guess i've missed that boat!

    Go for it though, if you can have it included do so.

  • We're not actually living together at the mo.

    He lives on his own and the arrears haven't been passed onto any agency or anything..

    They seem to be adamant he can not put them oh his forms??
