Without a full understanding of your circumstances, it is difficult to say but the lenders you will be looking at will be very niche lenders only available through an intermediary.

As above...

We cant "name names" on here....A whole of market broker will be able to advise you fully on this. Best bets is to find someone local to you to give you the advice you need....ask friends / family if they have used someone in the past - or there maybe companies local to you that you know of - do a bit of research and you will find someone.
