    In order for a consumer credit agreement to be enforceable there is certain information that it must contain. Application forms very rarely constitute a cca.

    yes weller711 is the one ! It is such a comlpicated problem clouded by misinformation , you can forget the good bits . I will myself read wellers post again and again !
