Free Sweets - Double Dipper (Sweet Collect)

Yes they may credit you with a Double Dip when you sign up. But according to their terms you've got to accumulate 25 sweets before they will send anything out to you. What's the point of getting a free sweet, if they wont send it out. In effect, you don't get a free sweet just for signing up. You only qualify for anything once you've taken part and been credited by 25 sweets.
 Quoted from their terms
Sweets are only sent out when you have accumulated at least 25 sweets. However some advertisers can earn you many sweets in one go so it shouldn't be hard.
Not only this, but as we've seen. A couple of members here joined, took part enough to get the sweets. Then received nothing!!!How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
