I have used photobox before, they make great mouse mats with your own image, and work out a good price considering. I dont know what postage would be, but it was about £2 per mouse mat, if that helps

Thanks for the post but it might be worth noting that mousemats are now £6.99! A little bit on the expensive side - but hey free 6 x 4's won't go amiss!

I used/abused a photobox offer many months ago and got lots and lots of free prints, and I must say taht they are BY FAR the best online prints I have had done....

I've even become a paying customer since!!

The prints are of top quality, and they are usually with you within 2 working days (Last time I ordered on Sun night, and got them 1st thing Tues morning...)

I ordered some at around 11PM on Monday, printed Tuesday and delivered first post Wednesday.

As others have said IMHO one of the best quality online printers and offer 6x4.5 prints as well so that you don't have to crop your digital images (although you can't find an album to put them in).

The mousemat I ordered cost £5.75, prints worked at at just over 6p each (using a 25% off code someone posted) with delivery only £1.50.

I'd *highly* recommend them. In one of the glossy digital camera magazines they were awarded 5*s and only missed out on the best accolade because their price for a single A3 print was more expensive than a competitor (but in bulk they were much cheaper).
