Advice on business mortgage please

My partner and I would like to buy a smallholding in Wales with a view to farming and opening two holiday cottages, a campsite, cafe and off road course. Does anyone know of anywhere we can get financial advice on the best type of mortgage? For instance, is it possible to get a buy to let mortgage for the holiday cottage part of the scheme? Is it possible to get a mortgage with no repayments for the first 6 months to a year (while building up the business and starting to get the income)?

There are a few options open to you such as:

Commercial mortgage
Development Finance
Short Term Funding (bridging) whilst building and converting the business

Impossible to say which is best, each has its own merits and pitfalls. It also depends on the title of the property ie: is it one lot or are they on separate titles?
