my 3 year fixed rated is up in july should i start to look now for better offers or is it to early as things seems to change almost daily. also is there somewhere that list all the offers that are out there. i have been on a few sites but they dont seem to list all

Why not try a whole of market fee-free broker?
Rates are going up at the moment, rather than down, so I wouldn't think it was too early to start the process.
