Since I got a flat last year everything went wrong!!! I had a catalogue paying £60 a month, that would have been cleared in August 2007 if it wasnt for bank charges taking a total of £500!!! It's now just stayed in the same area of £600-700 because of being unable to pay it proberly. I have been on jobseekers since then finding it very hard to get a job and they want £120 a month off me!!! But it gets worse, I missed one payment with my water and by the time I contacted them they added £200 onto the debt and they wanted £90 a month.
I now have got a letter from (bay collections) saying legal proceedings may commence in the next seven days. They want £250 paid now with and income of £180 a month...
I have no idea what to do! I'm too afraid to tell anyone, and answer my door incase of bailiffs!!!
Any idea if the Citizens Advice Bureau could help me?
Is this it for me??

Hello there, I think you need to get some advice from the CAB.
It sounds like you have a lot of companies ganging up on you to make you pay more than you can afford which is counterproductive both for them and you.
Good luck, being in debt isnt a crime and you should be able to work something out.0
