slight concern please help ?

all my forms are now printed....
but i have realized that they never ask you how much your monthly payments are at the moment to each creditor..?
surely it would be easier if the judge could see that i earn X but paying out Y so that is why i need to go BR

They will work that out from your disclosures on your expenses/SOA ;).

Edit: I mean it will be obvious to them why you need to go BR when they see the incomings and outgoings. Payments to creditors leading upto BR isn't an issue really...

Is it clear on the forms the total amount of your debt? If so then it will be clear to the judge why you are in this position.

    thanks tiger ...

  • If you do a Debt Remedy report on the CCCS website, this will ask you to list all your debts and monthly payments and will show you a summary at the end showing your income and expenditure, so you could include a copy with your BR paperwork like i did should i have needed it, mine showed i had £1280 a month to pay on my debts alone before living expenses. The debt remedy report also suggests the best course of action for you to take.
