    l would value airmiles betwwen 4 - 6.5p each

Collect up to 1 mile for every £2 spent online so suppose that works out similiar to cashback sites ( 2 - 3%)

Admittidly, its not the greatest offer nevertheless if you do collect Air Miles then Tesco offer them (via the Air Miles portal) at the rate of 1 Air Mile per £5 spend. However when used with a Air Miles credit card (RBS or NATWEST) you'll get 1 mile for every £20 spent plus the Tesco Clubcard points (£2.50 which equals 60 points) then it will slow get you closer that flight that you've been saving them up for - for years

Not knocking it just pointing out that its a similiar reward/ setup to the cashback sites

If you are after airmiles, not sure RBS card is best

If you spend £1000 RBS you get 50 miles

If you spend £1000 on a Tesco c/c ( run by RBS!) you get 500 points which can be converted to = 120 airmiles ( if thats what you want- I think I prefer tha clubdeals instead)

(this extra over and above any normal points eaned for tesco shopping),

  • You can also sign up for the Shell pluspoints card through the same airmiles site. that way you can claim airmiles from there, shopping elsewhere and from Tesco (Canada, here we come!) :T
