I have a two year discount mortgage with NBS coming to an end and tried to remortgage last week on there 2.75% discount deal last week.
They did not return my calls.
Today I have had three phone calls offering a remortgage. But guess what it is now only a 2.25% discount and they have added a whopping £999 fee.
It feels like I have been mugged = Guess I'll be going elsewhere
