depends what it is?
I have had shop keeper call security because I have not accepted a credit note and that was after 28 days - My wife had bought a top which the lining had unpicked after one wash, upon checking the others on the rail they were all the same. She asked for her money back and was offered a replacement. I steped in and requested that as this garment and the garments on the rail was not fit for purpose she should have her money back. They offered a credit note which I refussed and asked for the money back. They called security - I didn't budge and following a phone call made by the shop manager to her head office they paid up. Apparently this is standard practise with Bon March - well it was until I turned up LOL. Asda will also try it on, after 6 months my first suround system blew up and they wanted to replace it. I just stuck out for the money and they paid up!June 2005 = 48K of Debt
Sept 2006 Started dmp = 56k of Debt (inc fees and charges) DFD April 2030:eek:
May 2008 = <5k of Debt (CCA route -48K, paid off 3K) DFD April 2010
Nov 2008 Lloyds found CCA for 14K loan:mad: New DFD Jan 2016

I brought a car stereo from halfords and the volume knob works when it feels like it. I'm a bit short this month so would rather have the money back than a replacement. So if I stand my ground it can be done, good.0
