Hi,
I am currently a Together product holder with Northern Rock, i have come to the end of my fixed term rate and have now moved to thier standard variable rate. I am really concerned that i cannot remortgage anywhere due to 125% value i took out initially and i do not think my property is worth enough to cover the outstanding balance, probably short about 10k.
Does anyone have any +ve advice about what i can do as NR are not being very forthcoming.
Thanks in anticipation,
H
