Walker and Hammond fraud

Hi there,

I applied a month ago for a loan with them. Quickly they approved me and asked me for their fee, which I paid, then I did not hear from them in weeks and when I call to check they told me that I had been declined by their loan provider and they did not even know why! And passed me to a debt management agency which was not what I was looking for.

I am trying to get the fee back but keep emailing them for nothing. Anyone in here knows an email address or phone number where I could contact to get my fee back?

This is quite disappointing

Finally I got to talk to them and they said they will refund my fee asap.. weeks ago, still is not into my account. I keep calling them expending a lot of money from my mobile and I only get a voice mail service or a operator telling me that I will be attended shortly.. then 15minutes after that.. guess what.. nothing.


What else can I do? I am considering to go to court with this.

Just now I have finally contacted again Walker and Hammond to issue the refund of my fee as a man told me from the customer services and a quite rude girl kept telling me that I am not entitled to receive any refund! And keeps telling that "they cannot do that" even did not let me talk too much.

How could I get this back? I am thinking to contact court for claiming but the online service is down. If anybody else could give me some advice It would be much appreciated.
