Can someone please advise the best place to start - we need a mortgage to buy next doors property, but only short term as we will re-mortgage to build an extension joining both properties together.
Also my husband is self-employed/company director and only has a salary of £4,800 but dividend payments of over £25,000. Will this affect anything?
