A wallet? Does he have a car - may be a car hamper (bucket, screen wash, de-icer etc)?

Boyfriend and i were in the same situation in september when it was our 21sts. I found it really hard. I cant even remember what i got him now ha.

What about buying him a ring? Dont have to spend the earth and its a good keepsake.

A mini break for the two of you? Ryanair have cheap flights at the moment from 1p including taxes so you could maybe get cheap flights and stay for a night or two in a cheap b&b somewhere abroad depending on how much your budget is. Would certainly be memorable for him (and a good excuse for you to have a break) and it would be nice for him to look back in years to come and say that that is what you bought him.

If you haven't got the time or money to do that what with paying for the football trip, or have work commitments, then Snapfish and photobox do photobooks which you could create for him. You could add lots of pictures of the two of you and add captions for him. I had one for my 21st and love it. It's something that he could keep and i'm sure you would have fun putting it together. If you were feeling particularly creative you could even have a go at making him a scrapboo instead.

hope that helps and good luck :D

For a friends 21st I got him a silver hip flask with his initials and DOB engraved in it. I think it cost me about £50.

Something that I hope he will keep for a long time.

how about just you and him going to the football and going for one of the hospitality packages as a special thing? its not stuff and should like it if hes into his football. depending on which hospitality section you go into it can be a reasonable price. you usually get a meal, good seats and often a stadium tour thing.

edit: the cheapest one at spurs is 210 pounds :/ more expensive than ive seen other places

heh, i've been pestering him for ages to get a new wallet and he knows i'd like to get him one but he is quite in love with his current one! (a really old leather spurs one)

He hasn't passed his test yet but i've started on the bucket hamper for when he does pass! (Got him some 10p Pass plates from the works in the weekend!)

This will show how much I do spoil him! August 07 I paid for me and him to go to belgium as a thank you gift! So can't do the holiday, nor can i take him to London for a trip as he done that for my 18th! hehe.
However! we have been talking about going to an away game for the day in a different country! so that's quite a good merge of ideas! :D

My sister gave him a framed photo of me and him for x-mas (she gave me the same one too!) 3rd x-mas in a row i think that i cried over her present haha!

For our 6th month I gave him a spurs tankard so that's simaler to a hipflask lol!
I had a date engraved in to that!

This will now make him sound really weird... I mentioned about a hospitality package to him before.. he doesn't like them, he loves to be in the crowd and adores the atmosphere!

So far I've got him.. a first day stamp thing for the 1987 of spurs. Can't get him much else from 1987 as spurs lost a cup final that year! :(

A bottle of £10 champagne to do the personalised label..

other than that it's just little bits i have got in the sales!

    thanks everyone for your help!

For my boyfriends 30th (a few years back), I bought or made 30 small prezzies, each individually wrapped... 21 might be cheaper ;)
