Mortgage with Trust Deed

Can anyone advise on the following...Just entered into a trust deed 3 months ago (it will last for 3 years). Where do I stand with mortgages? 1. Can I get one and 2. How does it affect my Trust Deed (and vice versa)?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice offered.

You may struggle, I assume you are in Scotland as this is used for debt management and is a way of you easing the pressure. I imagine a bit like an IVA but like most things north of the boarder it will be done the right way!!

I would imagine you will have to have a good deposit, and you will probably pay with the rate. I would get a broker to help you. He/she will do the work for you.

    Good luck
