Employer defaulted on ruling

My husband eventually won his employment tribunal hearing regarding redundancy pay. His ex employer agreed to pay his money monthly starting Jan 08 which we received in full, Feb's payment was £60.00 short and this months has not even been paid. We have a copy of the contract that both my Husband and his ex employer signed stating that in the event on non payment the whole amount will become payable immeditately, but now this has happend we are unsure of who to contact to advise on the non payment.
Can any one please advise
