Hi,
My address book, by this i mean non-computerised BOOK! is years old and want to update it.
is there a program anyone knows of which will let me input the address/numbers etc, save it and be able to PRINT it out as an address book?
I need to be able to save it to change add to it, and print it so I can take it with me everywhere for work (which is vital!).
Or am I going to have to re-do a new book by hand? I know you can get computerized hand-held things but I would rather have a piece of paper so I can write notes etc alongside details.
All help much appreciated. thanx

Electronic organisers are easy to use, portable, and allow you to upload files to your computer and then print them out (simply through a cable - or wireless using bluetooth)
However, if you don't want to go down the electronic road....
Microsoft Outlook (email program) has this facility - check out the details here:

Alternatively, you could make up a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.
Or - there is a lot of address book software available for download - just do a google search."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -
Also, assuming you have access to MS Word, there is a free template available here.0
