    Have you tried XXR9G3?
It was quoted earlier in this thread as £10 off a £75 spend, but it shows for me as £10 off a £50 spend!
    Doesn't expire till 25/09
Works for me. Thanks. I presume the £15 ones have disappeared now?

  • Please could someone tell me where XXR9G3 came from? I used it yesterday and it showed as accepted on my online order but when shopping delivered it was not deducted. Think they might ask where I got it from. Thanks in advance
  • Hi,

I also used it, just got shopping, not been deducted either! Just on phone to customer services!..........................aargh!

    pot
  • Luckily he has credited the £10 back to my account! he wasn't happy though!

He said the code was an email e-voucher code! And it has never been emailed to me!

They must know who has been emailed which codes????????

    Surely not?..........
  • Thanks for the answer Pot. I really feel I deserve at least the £10 off though. I was talking to the driver about things missing and he made the comment " I won't forget you as you are the only ginger one on my round". I felt really insulted by this remark but did not say anything to him but did complain to customer services as well as telling them about the missing item and the voucher. They have refunded the missing items but not the £10 yet. I never want to see that driver again so think I will switch to Ocado (have a voucher from them to use before end of month) and just go to local Tesco store maybe.
  • I feel as though I'm entitled to the e-vouchers too. Tesco is the most convenient and quickest e-shop I can do, but every week the order arrives and there's something wrong with it. Usually rotten veg or fruit, broken eggs or mouldy bread or the expiry dates are a bit too close for comfort. The customer services number is an 0845 number so it costs a fortune to complain and they take their time dealing with the complaints and never give you any money back unless you make a stink. Also a few weeks ago they missed out half my order and refused to re-deliver until the next day. They charged me full delivery and when I went to check the items the driver got very unpleasant (luckily my husband was there). I got a paltry apology and no "sweetener" of any kind. One of the reasons I keep shopping with them is because of the e-vouchers I find in this thread.

I would like to take this opportunity to everyone who has sent in the codes, I really appreciate it, it's helped a lot with keeping the costs down. I don't always thank everyone individually because by the time I've scribbled them all down I've forgotten who sent in what and when, but to all of you now a big thank you. :T

Have you tired emailing instead of telephoning? I have had 2 orders in the last few months when the fruit was too ripe. I filled in the online 'Contact us' form (On their grocery website) and within 48 hours had an email back apologizing and stating a credit has been issued back to your debit card
