Eric's still here in your heart and your children. In the stars and the sun and the moon and everywhere around you. Not in body but in spirit. Let the stars come out and the sun shine and the rain fall because Eric will be wherever you are. Your world will never be the same again but nevertheless Eric enhanced your world. As toniwoty said:

I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that one of the hardest things about being in an internet community like this is that we aren't close enough to come and just give you a big hug.

But on the other hand, it must in some ways be easier for you to talk to us than to people who you are physically closer to.

I have just returned today after having been on away since Monday, I have been thinking of you Smokie and am so sad to hear that the news isn't what I have been praying for. I wish I could help in some way. Sending love and prayers to you the children. God Bless
