Mortgage Interest rate predictions for the Autumn

Hi

We are due to remortgage in October this year.

Would any of you learned guys and gals like to hazard a guess at the sort of mortgage deals that will be around then.

We are on a very good tracker rate at present 0.37% below base rate. I can see that trackers are on their way up at present and there is not much chance of such a good rate for the foreseeable future.

Any thoughts where fixed rates will be by then?

I think rates will be higher than they are currently, not sure about the base rate, that could be about the same as it is now. Inflation could go up so BOE could drop. You wont or I dont think you will get anything better than you have.

Banks will wont to lend less but earn the £££'s this will be in fees or rates!
