I have a query re payment and I can't see the answer in the FAQs on the TNS website..
Where they are asking you to go to a pub for lunch, the payment is quoted as £3 mileage and £20 food. Is this the maximum you can spend or do they pay you £20 even if the food only cost you £10?

Welcome to the wonderful world of mystery shopping!
IMHO, TNS are going through particularly hard times. More and more of their jobs are on an 'expenses only' basis, and they seem to have far less work than they used to.
Having said that, the fees for almost all MS jobs seem to be going down :mad:
Some people might consider that the fee is for food and drink, and they only want a receipt for the food... do your own maths and reconcile it with your own morals!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
