I have certainly had several e-mail confirmations go to my spam box.
The other one that threw me was going to a free-e-mail.com site and being allocated a .co.uk e-mail address. So my e-mail confirmation never arrived and I had to get the help-line to re-send to the .co.uk address. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
