WHS and £1 off magazines

WHS are doing an offfer with the Daily & Sunday Telegraph - buy the Telegraph and get any magazine (over £1) for £1 off the cover price.
Cover price of Telegraph Mon - Fri is only 60p so you are 40p plus a 'proper paper' up.
This should be operating in all stores, even if they have no info on display ask as they should have the relevant barcode stashed away somewhere.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Students can send for a book of money off vouchers for the telegraph, meaning each one costs 20p, or 60p at weekends. I'm not sure how you do it these days. i got them through their free movies that they do for students, i gave them my address, and they send me a book of vouchers every 3 months or so, they also bizarely send me a road map of britain one time.
i bet if you email them and ask for some, saying you live too far away from a union shop, they'll send them to you.
i've never been asked to show my NUS card when i've used them, so i suppose non-students could get them too...

Also if anyone lives, or works near a student union shop, all the broadsheets are 20p, or 60p at weekends, whether you're a student or not. OTH
