Just wondered if anyone has experienced let-to-buy mortgages? We're considering this as a way of moving up the property ladder in the same area we currently live in, and have been trying to find more information about decent brokers/lenders who have reasonable rates on offer...cheers for any info!

Let to buy is a term that has been produced as a bit of a gimmick. You are looking to raise some money from your current home, let it out and then get a resi mortgage on your new property. I guess anyway.
Its not hard, but a good broker will help as it is not as hard as what a lenders branch would make out.
