Natwest Problem
Hi there im hoping that i have posted this in the correct place.
My mum received a letter from a debt recovery company on behalf of Natwest Bank about a loan that she had, they came to an agreement and a settlement figure was paid.
Then the end of last year we received another letter from a different debt recovery company saying that we had defaulted on an account with Natwest Bank so we called up and enquired about it, we then recieved another letter from a different recovery company in reference to RBS with the same account number but a lesser ammount.
In the end this was paid also.
What we now want to try and find out is whether both is these instances are for the same account somehow becuase there is only one default on my mums credit report.
Thanks in Advance
Paul
