in Cutting tax
hi can anybody give me some advice
i own a right to buy property which i will be able to sell in december 2006, my sisiter lives in it to pay the mortgage.
my parents brought a house last year which i live in, to do this they remortaged there own property and have a mortgage on the property i live in.
i intend have this put into my name when i finish my degree in summer 2007.
anyone know how to go about this without paying too much tax?
my property is est £150,000 with 86,000 mortgage
my parents property is 260,000 with 80,000 mortgage
the property i live in is 260,000 with 160,000 mortgage?
not sure if i will sell my property or change it to a but to let mortgage.
