Social Squatting, if I was a young person trying to get on the housing ladder this would be very tempting.
Seems like a perfectly reasonable response to the self serving greed of the last 7 years. If you know of any empty properties lying about send them in - especially if they belong to BMV'ers

We know about that site as one of it's main proponent is a regular poster on here with his singularly unworkable solutions to property ownership.
