50% deposit which would be the best mortgage?
youknowwho
me and a partner are looking at a house worth 60k. We have 30k already so just need a mortgage for half of the property value. We bth have our own houses (rent free elsewhere) and will be letting it out. We dont want to make any quick time profit, basically just looking for some1 to pay our mortgage for us. Rental income is approx 300PCM and happy to pay all of that towards mortgae and maybe extra 100 PCM to get rid of some of the capital and not lose all the repaymnets in interest.
Any advice appreciated.

Can you clarify pls? Are you asking for a BTL mortgage or a residential for yourself to live in. A bit confused.0
