I emailed them yesterday using their Contact Us form asking if they could post one out to me. They've responded today to say they've popped one in the post! Worth a try, as it'll save a fortune in printer inks. :j

The booklet arrived on Saturday! It's laminated too, so great for the kitchen. Worth emailing them if you don't want to print it off.
