How big are these please ( in inches)? Do you have to pay p and p?

Similarly for quick fabrics...does anyone know how big the samples are and if you have to pay p and p?:)

You don't have to pay P & P for discountmaterials or quickfabrics - I just ordered from both

Hi,

Most fabric companies will send free samples (usually up to 6). They are usually postcard sized. Some of the bigger companies are:

Colefax & Fowler
GP&J Baker
Blendworth
Romo
Zoffany
Sandersons.

If you google them there is probably a link from their websites for samples. Companies like Discount Fabrics are just customers of theirs and request the samples from them.

Dont know if anyone else has put this on here but BHS are also sending free samples. As part of there made to measure curtains site. I have just ordered 10 so fingers crossed they come.
