Transfer of Deeds after Bankruptcy

Hello everyone,

I was made Bankrupt in 2003 (best thing i ever did).

Luckily in 2004 I was able to buy back my trustees interest in my home. The only thing left for me to do now is to have the deeds transfered back from the trustee to myself and have the Bankruptcy inhibition registered against my property at the Land Registry removed .

I am wondering what the best and of course cheapest way to do this is?

I hope I have explained this properly and hope somebody can give me some useful advice, it is something which i have put off for ages now!

Phone the land registry, they will know how to do this. I imagine they send you a form (don't know if you can download this) and submit it to the OR. OR will return it to you for you to send to land registry with, no doubt, a fee.
