First Time Buyers but Partner has debts

Starting a family plus a mortgage is costly but can be done. You just need to stick to a budget and do not live by the moment (compulsive buys).0

Id leave off the family for 1.5 years... really save, really scrimp and save, work overtime and try and reduce both your debts sooner you pay them off the less you pay for them.
I'd not be to bothered about starting a family in rented accomodation, I mean you dont have the burden of a mortgage on you.
This is what me and my partner intend to do, save money for deposit in the oncoming House price crash. With the intention to buy cheaper (20% cheaper) in 2 years time. By saving more deposit in combination with a 20% cheaper housing market means we can comfortably afford a 2 bedroom and at a little stretch prob afford a 3 bedroom.
We will have a child after we get married in July time.. while scrimping and saving also.0
