In BIG debt - don't know where to start

Well my first correspodance from CCCs came today with the copy of the letter to send to creditors etc. I can't do anything yet as I'm waiting for new bank account details to come through etc. and NEED to get wages & DD's sorted before I start the alarm bells ringing. I'm lucky enough to be off work for 4 days this weekend so will sit down and 'plough' through everything on Friday.

I contacted TalkTalk about changing my phone number but they've said they can't!!
said I'd have to go back to BT - Only problem with that is that we are still inside the 12 months of first year contract - typical!! have asked them for a cost :-(

Not much else happened in my world today - can't wait to be able to do something positive - all this waiting is playing turmoil with my imagination.
