Buy Property 30% Below Market Value Course?

HI All, I have heard that is is possible to buy property at up to 30% Below Market from people in debt or facing repossession.. Does anyone know how this is done?

People who buy Below Market Value property need to have the cash to complete a sale quickly - thats the only reason people will sell below market value, so if you don't have the cash then IMO its a non starter.... this site provides BMV property leads for 1% commission on sale.0
