  • How far into it are you??

You might not be able to get out but you might be able to downgrade it if you give them a call. How much are you paying a month?? If you do call them you might be able to pricematch another companies tariff or go to a lower tariff with them, do a bit of reseach into them before you call although I guess they might say no.

  • could you argue with T mobile that flext has 25% off rental at the moment so people are buying Flext 35 for £30 a month. Could you ask them to reduce it to this much?? I'm not sure whether they would agree and it's not a great saving.
  • Give them a call and see what they will do, they may put you on a lower tariff if you ask, but you will have to take less minutes and texts etc.

My wife was in this situation with Vodafone I doubt they will down grade you until the contract has run 6 months.
For future info most companies allow you to up your tarrifd at any time and return back down at any time too, so next time you take out a contract take out the very cheapest basic tariff and then upgrade it straight away ,giving you the flexibility to move back down again in future.
