Wanted cheap ink cartridges for HP 840C

Does anyone know where I can get HP Deskjet 840C cartridges (copies are ok) cheap eg around £3 each ?

My kids will be very appreciative

tbh I would check on ebay for originals. I picked one each (black and white and colour) for £10 each, brand new HP ones.
I don't think you'd get copies for £3 for the 840C, they are generally more expensive that that.

Which number is it, I have a coloured one somewhere and I think it's a #17... let me know if this is the right one and I'll get on my hands and knees and dig it out from under way so many boxes lol

Righto, I've found it, it's a no. 17 for hp deskjet 816c, 825c, 840c, 843c & 845c ... tri -colour.

The date on it is Oct 2005 - if you want it, you can have it for free, let me know your postal details and I'll pop it in the post.

Or, if this original poster doesn't want this, anyone can have it! ;o))))
