When I asked the customer services lady to clarify how the points would be awarded, when they would not appear on my account until the May statement came through, she simply said they would be there.
So, I've decided to keep a record of the points every week.

They fobbed me off for two consecutive quarters with their tesco shiternet phone promotion. In the end I had to email leahy threatening tha my next correspondance would be a "letter before action" for the small claims court. Some guy from the exec office phoned up within a day or so and sorted it out. I said that plenty of other people were being deprived of their points because of procedural errors - I knew that for a fact - but he was not interested. He did sort mine out though.
They are complete cowboys and have doubtless ripped off lots of people because exra clubcard points are so hard to track.0 -

TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -
