Can anybody tell me if Parcel Delivery Drivers & Couriers can claim back their meal break expences ? Due to the nature of the job the have to eat out because they are on the road all day.

I`m self employed And can claim mine back I just put in the most expensive meal deal at KFC (other fast food outlets are available)
However whilst employed for a prevoius courier firm I got nothing not even a staying away from home allowance so its prob upto the individual company0
