I bought all my luggage from the Antler outlet shop in Bury, Lancs. My small 'weekend' case has been on and off planes a lot (probably 80 times in the last 18 months) and is still going strong.0

Try debenhams as they have up to 70% of and I have brought from them before and they are very hard wearing, and if you buy online use some codes to save even more money.0

Shops like Poundstretchers do them cheap enough,but I found buying cheap ones a false economy,last cheap ones had wheels and a handle which sheared off the first time they got thrown around an airport I got cheapish samsonite ones from www.bags123.com I also find the Samsonite ones have a combination lock which are invaluable for keeping precious or expensive items safe in your hotel room.0
