Defaulted Accounts,Reclaim PPI?
I don't know if I am posting in the right place,but I'm sure someone will move me if not.
I have 2 defaulted loan accounts with the Halifax and after I received the default notice I also received a letter saying that because I had defaulted,my PPI for both accounts were cancelled.
The question is can I reclaim the PPI on both accounts even though I have defaulted?
The PPI on both were added on at the beginning of the loans with interest.
LOAN 1 . PPI £6243.27 Only 16 months used out of 72 months.
LOAN 2 . PPI £2641.13 Only 15 months used out of 60 months.
Can anyone help??????

Just looking at paperwork again and noticed that I was charged a credit charge for the PPI also.
LOAN 1 . £6243.27 PPI + £2362.53 Credit Charge
LOAN 2 . £2641.13 PPI + £803.47 Credit Charge

there should be a valid claim here and mayalso assist you with the defaults.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
