UPS Invoice

In december I purchased a product from allstarhealth.com. The item was $49.95 (£25) and shipping was $34.40 (£17). So the subtotal was $84.35 (£42).
The item arrived and everything seemed to be OK. But then in late Febuary/ early March i recived a letter from UPS, it was an invoice for about £33. The letter had a completly different invoice number than the item form allstarhealth.com. It said payment was 60 days late.
So what exactly is this invoice for is it a brokerage fee. Or has someone been using my details to buy stuff.

It's impossible to tell from the details you've posted.
Have you queried this with UPS? If not, then that would be the best place to start. It might be a mix-up .... or there might be a plausible explanation.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
